g365 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between g365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the g365 platform, including but not limited to the online casino, sports betting, live dealer services, slot games, promotional programmes, and all associated features and services available at g365.cam and its subdomains.

By completing the g365 registration process, accessing the g365 Login page, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the g365 platform and close your account.

By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. g365 reserves the right to carry out identity checks (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, and in connection with any suspicious activity investigation.

Each player is permitted to hold one single account on the g365 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and permanent forfeiture of any balances therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your g365 Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" multiplier) before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. • Validity Period: Bonus credits and associated free spins must be used within the stated validity window (typically 7 to 30 days from crediting). Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically with no reinstatement.

• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets placed during network connectivity interruptions may be rejected. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when placing live bets on g365.

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any g365 content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of g365 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

Where changes are material — affecting player rights, bonus conditions, or financial terms — registered players will be notified via their registered email address at least 7 days before the changes take effect. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under g365's international gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the g365 platform, you agree to first attempt resolution informally by contacting g365 support.

Where informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under g365's gaming licence. g365 cooperates fully with all regulatory investigations and player dispute proceedings initiated through legitimate regulatory channels.

Players located in Pakistan acknowledge that they are accessing the g365 platform under their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws applicable to their individual circumstances. g365 does not provide legal advice regarding local jurisdiction requirements.
